Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs
I feel like “chicken-bacon-ranch” is like the trifecta of perfect recipe ingredients sure to predict a 100% satisfaction rate at dinner, so you know these Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs will be a new griddle favorite!
Sandwiches or hoagies are usually a fun dinner anyway, and very easy to make.
We had these with some frozen fries that I cooked in the air fryer for a complete winner winner chicken dinner 🙂
How to make Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs
First cut 1 1/2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breasts) into slices.
Then cut 8 slices of bacon into bites size pieces, I used kitchen scissors to make this very simple.
Next gather your other ingredients like sub or hoagy buns, ranch seasoning, ranch dressing, and a few slices of cheese.
We went with provolone on 2, and Swiss on the other 2 to make sure everyone had their favorite cheese.
Preheat your Blackstone griddle or flat top grill to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then drizzle some cooking oil and lay the chicken and bacon on the griddle.
Season well with kosher salt, pepper, and dry ranch seasoning.
Cook the chicken and bacon for 8 to 10 minutes, mixing together with your hibachi spatulas a few times.
Lay the sub buns, cut side down, for a few seconds to toast them.
Turn the bottom buns over and add the chicken and bacon.
Plus a drizzle of ranch dressing and two slices of cheese.
Cover with your melting dome until the cheese melts.
I turned my griddle off so the bottom buns didn’t get too toasty.
Add any other toppings of choice to your Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs 🙂
We kept it simple with lettuce and pickles.
Now THAT looks like an incredible restaurant or deli sub, but all made at home!
