Blackstone Sriracha Honey Chicken Sliders
If you’re looking for a game day tailgate snack, fun dinner idea, or holiday shareable recipe I’ve got ya covered with these Blackstone Sriracha Honey Chicken Sliders!
A crazy good sweet and spicy combo with a magical crunch from the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
Ya really can’t go wrong with anything served on King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Sliders Buns.

How to make Blackstone Sriracha Honey Chicken Sliders
Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Then add cooking oil of choice along with 1 1/2 pounds of diced chicken thighs, kosher salt, pepper, and any seasoning blend that you love.
I went with my Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha seasoning.

While the chicken is cooking on the griddle, chop up some Flamin’ Hot Cheetos for the crunchy topping.

And make the sauce by combining honey with any hot or spicy sauce that you like… I have hot honey, sriracha, and Dynamite sauce (which is like a spicy mayo).
Add kosher salt and pepper and stir until combined.

Add about half of the sauce to the chicken, mixing together with spatulas.
Turn your Blackstone off and toast the pretzel buns on the griddle as well.

Flip bottom bun over on the griddle and add chicken, remaining sriracha honey sauce, a few slices of pepper jack cheese (overlapping slightly), crushed hot Cheetos, and top bun.
Cover with melting dome on your griddle until the cheese is melted.
We added a little more Cheetos after removing from the Blackstone.

Blackstone Sriracha Honey Chicken Sliders with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos might be messy, but they are fun and delicious!!
