Blackstone Spicy Devil Dogs
When you have a Halloween party or just looking for a fun and easy dinner on the griddle, you gotta try these Blackstone Spicy Devil Dogs!
I used my Slotdog to make criss-crosses on the hot dogs, making room for the sriracha seasoning AND creating some crispy edges.
Plus, my husband and I had some Halloween fun making these together.

How to make Blackstone Spicy Devil Dogs
First use the Slotdog according to package directions on 8 hot dogs.
Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium low.
Add some cooking oil and the hot dogs.

Flip the hot dogs a few times as they cook for 5 minutes and sprinkle some sriracha seasoning on the hot dogs during the last half of cooking.
I used my Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha seasoning blend.

Get yourself a scary helper to chop some Flamin’ Hot Cheetos to top these spicy dogs.

And toast up some hot dog buns as well.

Once they are done just assemble the hot dogs in the buns and top with sriracha, Dynamite sauce or sriracha mayo, hot honey, and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos!

Blackstone Spicy Devil Dogs
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
- Slotdog
Ingredients
- cooking oil of choice
- 8 hot dogs
- 1 tablespoon sriracha seasoning blend (I used Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha seasoning)
- 8 hot dog buns
- Toppings: sriracha, ketchup, hot honey, sriracha mayo, crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos
Instructions
- Use your Slotdog (link to purchase in post above) according to the package directions to create crisscrosses on both sides of each hot dog. Or use a knife to create your own crisscrosses.
- Preheat your griddle to medium low. Add some cooking oil and the hot dogs. Flip a few times as they cook for 5 minutes and sprinkle the sriracha seasoning on the hot dogs during the last half of cooking.
- Place the hot dog buns on the griddle to toast them for a minute.
- Serve with the hot dogs in the buns with toppings such as sriracha, ketchup, hot honey, sriracha mayo, and/or crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos.
