Steak and Lobster Outdoor Pizza
Who doesn’t love a little surf and turf?! We created a Steak and Lobster Outdoor Pizza in our Blackstone pizza oven and WOW…. just wow!!
We had some leftover steak that I diced up, and I cooked some diced lobster on the Blackstone griddle in butter, seafood seasoning, and lemon.
Shrimp works too if you don’t have lobster 🙂

How to make Steak and Lobster Outdoor Pizza
Start by rolling or stretching out a portion of pizza dough.
I do store bought frozen dough that I thaw and it’s sooooo good and easy!

Place the dough on your pizza peel that has been generously sprinkled with semolina flour to prevent sticking.
Then build your pie with pesto as the base, the steak and lobster, mozzarella cheese, kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
And into the outdoor pizza oven set around 450 degrees for 3 minutes.

Just look at that gorgeous pizza!!

Add lemon juice and chopped parsley to add a burst of bright, fresh flavor and enjoy 🙂
