Blackstone Spicy Shrimp Loaded Hash Browns
This is my fancy version of loaded hash brown patties on the griddle, Blackstone Spicy Shrimp Loaded Hash Browns with alllll the ingredients in my favorite sushi roll!
I just swapped out the rice for the crispy, crunchy, golden brown potatoes.

How to make Blackstone Spicy Shrimp Loaded Hash Browns
Start with your Blackstone or flat top griddle over medium heat.
Add some cooking oil of choice and a few frozen hash brown patties, mine were thawed.

Cook them for a few minutes, flipping a few times.

Then add more cooking oil and diced shrimp to your griddle.

Season with soy sauce, kosher salt, pepper, and a seasonong blend of choice.
I used my Blackstone Sweet Teriyaki seasoning.

Cook the shrimp for a few minutes, mixing with spatulas and continue flipping your hash browns.
Then drizzle spicy mayo or yum yum sauce on the shrimp during the last minute.

Assemble each starting with avocado, kosher salt, pepper, the shrimp, and toppings of choice.
We did more spicy mayo, ginger soy glaze, and wasabi sauce.

Blackstone Spicy Shrimp Loaded Hash Browns
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- cooking oil of choice
- 8 frozen hash brown patties thawed
- 1 pound peeled, deveined shrimp diced/ cut into bite size pieces
- 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- kosher salt, pepper, sweet teriyaki and/or sriracha seasoning blend (or seasoning blends of choice)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons spicy or sriracha mayo or yum yum sauce
- 1 to 2 avocados mashed
- Optional toppings: more spicy mayo, ginger soy glaze, wasabi, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your griddle to medium. Add cooking oil of choice and hash browns. Cook 7 to 8 minutes, flipping a few times.
- Scoot hash browns to the side and add more cooking oil, shrimp, soy sauce, kosher salt, pepper, and seasoning blend of choice. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, mixing a few times. Add spicy sriracha mayo or yum yum sauce during the last 30 seconds and mix together on griddle.
- Remove hash browns and shrimp, let cool slightly. Top each hash brown patty with avocado kosher salt, pepper, shrimp, and optional toppings like more spicy mayo, ginger soy glaze, wasabi, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, and/or green onions.
