Blackstone Korean Rice Bowls
These Blackstone Korean Rice Bowls are definitely an out of the ordinary griddle recipe!
If you are looking for something unique and flavorful to make on the griddle or flat top grill, I got ya covered 🙂
And just because this is something extra special, doesn’t mean it’s difficult.
It’s actually very simple to prepare!
How to make Blackstone Korean Rice Bowls
Your secret flavor weapon in this recipe is this gochujang chili paste.
It can be found in the Asian section of most grocery stores or on Amazon.
First preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then add some cooking oil of choice along with a diced onion, red bell pepper, and shredded carrots.
Let these cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add a pound of ground pork.
Also 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of the gochujang, some honey, garlic, ginger, and green onion.
Cook this on the griddle or flat top grill for 7 to 8 minutes.
Use hibachi spatulas to mix it all together as it cooks.
And break apart the pork with the spatulas as well.
Now all that’s left to do is serve this over rice.
Serve Blackstone Korean Rice Bowls with spicy mayo or yum yum sauce drizzled over top!
I used the microwave pouches of Jasmine rice to make this even easier.
