Blackstone Tequila Lime Shrimp Bowls
Healthy meals on the flat top griddle rarely have as much flavor as this recipe for Blackstone Tequila Lime Shrimp Bowls.
You won’t even feel like you are eating healthy!
This one is great to meal prep and reheat when you need a quick and tasty lunch or dinner.
Even more great news… this only takes 5 minutes of cooking on the Blackstone.
Which was nice for us since it was darn cold the day my daughter and I made this recipe 😉

How to make Blackstone Tequila Lime Shrimp Bowls
First peel and devein a pound of jumbo shrimp.
And set the rest of the ingredients on a tray to easily carry out to your griddle.
I took help from the store by using 4 cups of pre shredded veggies from the produce section.
A bag of broccoli slaw or a salad kit mix works too.
And the rice was super easy because I am using two microwave pouches of cilantro lime rice.

Preheat your Blackstone griddle or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Add cooking oil of choice to the entire griddle and your veggie mix, shrimp, and rice all go down separately.

You could certainly microwave the rice, but it just tastes sooooo much better on the Blackstone griddle.

We are using this Blackstone Tequila Lime Seasoning on both the shrimp and the veggies, and a little kosher salt and pepper as well.

Add a little water to the rice and cover with a melting dome.
While flipping and mixing the shrimp and veggies for about 4 minutes.

Remove both the veggies and rice, placing on the same tray used to carry the ingredients out.
And drizzle 2 tablespoons of hot honey on the shrimp.

Cook and mix for 1 more minute, then get ready to assemble the bowls.

These Blackstone Tequila Lime Shrimp Bowls sure are stunning 🙂
We added some rice down first and then the veggies and shrimp.
A wedge of lime to squeeze over top is a must.

And optional toppings such as fresh cilantro, green onions, another drizzle of hot honey, or sliced avocado.
