Griddle Cajun Turkey Sliders
These Griddle Cajun Turkey Sliders are a slightly spicy burger recipe for the Blackstone or flat top grill.
We are being a little healthy by using the ground turkey instead of beef.
They are so fun and cooking goes fast thanks to the griddle.
My family was thrilled when I told them what was for dinner… because who doesn’t love a good burger night!?
How to make Griddle Cajun Turkey Sliders
First put a pound of ground turkey in a bowl.
And add some Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper hot sauce, minced garlic, kosher salt, and pepper.
I only needed a small amount of salt and pepper because my Cajun seasoning already had some salt added.
Give this a good mix with your hands.
And form into 6 to 8 burger patties.
My slider buns were kind of big, so I went with 6 patties.
If your slider buns are smaller, consider making 8 patties.
Then preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat for a few minutes.
Add a little cooking oil and the turkey burger patties.
These will cook 4 to 5 minutes per side.
During the last minute place a half slice of pepper jack cheese over each.
And place the slider buns, cut side down, on the griddle for a minute.
Once the cheese is melted remove them and place on a clean tray.
I also put my toasty slider buns on the same tray to carry inside.
Add any toppings you like to your Griddle Cajun Turkey Sliders đŸ™‚
We kept it simple with spicy mayo, lettuce, and pickles.

Griddle Cajun Turkey Sliders
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- a few dashes cayenne pepper hot sauce
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic minced
- kosher salt, pepper
- cooking oil of choice
- 3 to 4 slices pepper jack cheese cut in half
- 6 to 8 slider buns
- Toppings of choice, lettuce, ketchup, spicy mayo, pickles
Instructions
- Put the ground turkey, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix together with your hands and form into 6 to 8 burger patties.Note: Number of burgers will depend on the size of your slider buns.
- Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes. Add some cooking oil and the burgers. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side.
- During the last minute add a half slice of cheese over each burger. And place the slider buns on the griddle, cut side down, for a minute to toast and warm them.
- Serve the burgers on the slider buns with toppings of choice.
