Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Potatoes
Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Potatoes is a flat top griddle dinner recipe that is sure to be a hit with everyone and easily feeds a crowd, or cut the recipe in half for a smaller family!
You could also make the whole batch for dinner and pack up the leftovers for a few lunches throughout the week.
I made this meal with my daughter to show her the ropes with using her NEW Blackstone!
How to make Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Potatoes
Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium.
Add a little cooking oil of choice, some diced potatoes, kosher salt, pepper, and dry ranch seasoning.
Mix the taters with spatulas and squirt some water on them.

Cover the potatoes with a melting dome or your griddle lid for 6 to 7 minutes.
Remove the lid to mix the potatoes a few times and add more water each time before covering them again.

To an empty space on the griddle, add a little cooking oil and some diced chicken, plus diced bacon to another empty space.

Season the chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and dry ranch seasoning.

Continue cooking everything for 8 to 9 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times, but keeping it all separate.
Scoot the bacon to the edge of your griddle and use your spatula to scrape most of the bacon grease into the grease trap.
Use paper towels to soak up any remaining bacon grease.

Mix everything together and cook a few more minutes, until bacon is done to your liking and potatoes and chicken are cooked through.
Drizzle ranch dressing and mix it all together during the last minute.

Serve Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Potatoes with more ranch dressing if desired 🙂
Honestly, a little cheese over top wouldn’t be a bad idea either!
