Blackstone Skyline Coney Loaded Fries
Blackstone Skyline Coney Loaded Fries is a game day snack recipe for the griddle inspired by my Cincinnati favorite chili cheese dog!
I do these game day snacks for each Cincinnati Bengal’s game… one for the Bengals and one for their rivals.
Follow along HERE to see the other snacks I make each week!
This was my Cincinnati snack, and for Pittsburgh I made these Blackstone Cheesy Pickle Bacon Fries at the same time!

How to make Blackstone Skyline Coney Loaded Fries
First, cook the fries according to the package directions in the oven or air fryer.
Or you can make them on the griddle over medium heat with a little cooking oil.
Lay them in a single layer and cook until crisp, flipping a few times.

Then add cooking oil of choice, diced hot dogs, and chili powder.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, mixing a few times.

I just scooted the fries to the edge of the griddle to keep them warm as I cooked the hot dogs.

Pour a can of Skyline chili, or leftover homemade chili, into a small foil pan or saucepan to warm it up right on the griddle.

Place the fries on a baking sheet or lined basket and add 1 cup of shredded mild cheddar cheese.
Top with the warm chili, hot dogs, and optional ingredients such as yellow mustard, hot sauce, and diced onions.
Finally add more cheese over top.

Serve Blackstone Skyline Coney Loaded Fries with forks and plenty of napkins 🙂

Here you can see my game day snack duo… one for the Cincinnati Bengals and one for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Blackstone Cheesy Pickle Bacon Fries!
