Blackstone Mini BBQ Flatbreads
I’ve got a fabulous game day snack recipe to share with you today!! Blackstone Mini BBQ Flatbreads, a flat top griddle recipe with leftover brisket, chicken, or pork served pizza style on mini naan bread!
Of course you could build your flatbreads on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
But I made all of my game day snacks on the griddle this day, so it made sense to throw these on as well.

How to make Blackstone Mini BBQ Flatbreads
First preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium.
Place some mini naan flatbreads on your griddle, top side down, for 1 to 2 minutes.

Flip the flatbreads and spread BBQ sauce over each.

Add some shredded mozzarella cheese, and any BBQ meat of choice such as chopped brisket, chicken, or pork.
Sprinkle more cheese over top and some BBQ seasoning blend.

Cover them with a melting dome or griddle lid until the cheese is melted.
Serve these mini pizzas topped with green onions, pickled onions or jalapenos, and/or more BBQ sauce if desired.

Blackstone Mini BBQ Flatbreads were our game day snack, but they would make a fabulous dinner!
