Traeger Cranberry Brie Roll Ups
Traeger Cranberry Brie Roll Ups are a fun and festive holiday appetizer recipe.
Just a few simple ingredients and a little hint of wood fired flavor thanks to the pellet grill.
The colors are perfect for the holidays, plus cranberry is one of the key flavors of fall 🙂
The recipe also has directions to make these in the oven.
How to make Traeger Cranberry Brie Roll Ups
To start you’ll need brie cheese, a Honeycrisp apple, cranberry sauce, fresh thyme, and some crescent dough.
You’ll only need half the apple, and half the brie and cranberry sauce so doubling the recipe would be perfect.

First unroll the crescent dough and separate the triangle pieces of dough.
And cut 8 apple slices and 8 cheese slices.

Then place an apple slice and a slice of brie in the center of each piece of dough.

Then a spoonful of cranberry sauce and fresh thyme.

Roll them up and place on a baking sheet.
Then sprinkle a little more thyme over each.

Set your Traeger pellet grill to 325 degrees.
And the roll ups will cook 23 to 26 minutes.
Or you can place the baking sheet in a 375 degree oven for 14 to 16 minutes.

Perfectly golden brown delicious!

You’ll want to let them cool slightly, but serve them while they are still warm.

Traeger Cranberry Brie Roll Ups sure are a stunning holiday appetizer recipe!

These can be a hand held appetizer or use a fork to dig in.
