Blackstone Hot Honey Mustard Chicken Bites
Blackstone Hot Honey Mustard Chicken Bites is a simple griddle recipe full of flavor, perfect for camping, meal prepping, or just an easy weeknight dinner idea.
You could also use them to top a salad or use in a wrap.

How to make Blackstone Hot Honey Mustard Chicken Bites
Start with your Blackstone or flat top griddle over medium heat.
Add some cooking oil of choice and 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs that have been cut into bite size pieces.
When I make this dish while camping I cut the chicken at home and store in a gallon size plastic bag for convenience.

Season the chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and an all-purpose seasoning blend of choice.
I went with both my Blackstone All Purpose seasoning and Honey Jalapeno seasoning.

Cook the chicken for 6 minutes on the griddle, mixing a few times with spatulas.
And make the hot honey mustard sauce as the chicken cooks.
Simply combine 3 to 4 tablespoons each hot honey, mustard of choice, mayo, plus kosher salt and pepper.

After 6 minutes, add half of the sauce to the chicken and cook 2 to 3 more minutes.

Serve Blackstone Hot Honey Mustard Chicken Bites with the extra sauce for dipping 🙂

Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- cooking oil of choice
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
- kosher salt, pepper, all-purpose seasoning blend of choice (I used both the Blackstone All Purpose seasoning and Honey Jalapeno seasonings)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons hot honey
- 3 to 4 tablespoons mustard of choice (yellow, Dijon, or spicy)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons mayo or plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat your griddle to medium heat. Add cooking oil of choice, the chicken, kosher salt, pepper, and seasoning blend. Cook 6 minutes, mixing a few times.
- While chicken cooks mix the hot honey, mustard, mayo, kosher salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Add half of the sauce to the chicken and cook another 2 to 3 minutes, mixing together.
- Serve the chicken bites with remaining sauce for dipping. Or make a salad or wrap with the chicken and serve with extra sauce as the dressing.
