Blackstone BBQ Whiskey Salmon Bowls
These Blackstone BBQ Whiskey Salmon Bowls are a must-try recipe for the griddle!
Don’t love salmon? Substitute thin cut chicken breasts with the same cook time.
You can use any whiskey of choice, but this Kurvball BBQ Whiskey creates a smoky BBQ taste in this sauce!
With the BBQ sauce, I am using my favorite Smoky Blacks, which comes in original and spicy!

How to make Blackstone BBQ Whiskey Salmon Bowls
First let’s combine your favorite BBQ sauce and whiskey in a small sauce pan.

Then preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat and place the saucepan right on the griddle.

Next, add cooking oil of choice along with some fresh corn that has been cut off the cob.
Season the corn with BBQ seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper.
Then lay down the salmon that has also been seasoned with BBQ seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper, skin side up.

Cook everything for 8 to 10 minutes total.
Stir the BBQ sauce several times, flip your salmon halfway through, and mix the corn a few times with spatulas.

Brush salmon with the BBQ sauce a few times after flipping.
If your BBQ sauce is bubbling too much or starts getting too thick, remove it from the Blackstone.
And if it does get too thick, just stir in more whiskey and/or BBQ sauce.

I added my microwave pouches of Jasmine rice to the griddle with water and covered with a dome to steam it.
You could also just microwave it if preferred.

Serve this tasty, complete griddle dinner with a bed of rice first.

Then top with the salmon, corn, a sliced avocado, and the remaining whiskey BBQ sauce.
Blackstone BBQ Whiskey Salmon Bowls are extra tasty with a side of Kurvball Whiskey to sip on!
