BBQ Pork Burnt End Outdoor Pizza
Instead of your typical date nights, my husband and I love staying home and cooking together… and this time around we made BBQ Pork Burnt End Outdoor Pizza in the Blackstone pizza oven.

We got store bought dough and some BBQ pork burnt ends from Aldi.
And we got to use some pizza making tips and tricks that we learned from our friend Pizza Adam.

How to make BBQ Pork Burnt Ends Outdoor Pizza
First roll or stretch the dough and place on a pizza peel with semolina flour, cornmeal, or a mix of both.
Then add the pork burnt ends and BBQ sauce.
Making your pizza quickly is key to prevent the dough from sticking.

And cheese of choice, we used a few different kinds of cheese.
Plus some banana peppers and pickled red onions.

At this point we realized our dough was sticking, so my husband took a pizza pan to place over top, turned it upside down, added more semolina flour, and problem was solved.
Yes, some cheese went flying but that’s just part of the fun!

Slide your pizza into the outdoor pizza oven that’s preheated between 400 to 500 degrees.
It doesn’t take long… maybe 3 minutes.
Just remove once the crust is cooked how you prefer.

BBQ Pork Burnt Ends Outdoor Pizza was extra fun to make and of course, extra delicious!
