Blackstone Chorizo Breakfast Hash Browns
Blackstone Chorizo Breakfast Hash Browns is an incredible, easy griddle creation that will start your day off right.
In all honesty, this was our breakfast-for-dinner but it would also be a great camping breakfast recipe!
Blackstone Chorizo Breakfast Hash Browns
Start with your Blackstone or flat top griddle over medium heat.
Add some cooking oil and frozen hash brown patties, it does help if they are thawed.

Cook the hash browns for about 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through and also season with kosher salt, pepper, and taco seasoning blend.
Then scoot them to the edge of your griddle and add a pound of ground chorizo.

Once the chorzio is cooked, pour 6 beaten eggs over top.
I did season my eggs with kosher salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.

Mix the eggs and chorizo together just for a few minues, until the eggs are cooked how you like.
And keep checking on the hashbrowns, flipping if needed.

Load the hash browns with the chorizo and eggs, and set out topppings of choice.

I added cheese, two types of hot sauce, cilantro, and pickled onions to my Blackstone Chorizo Breakfast Hash Browns 🙂
