Blackstone Hot Honey Buffalo Shrimp Subs
Blackstone Hot Honey Buffalo Shrimp Subs is a sweet and spicy sandwich recipe for your flat top griddle, a perfect light dinner or game day meal!
I made this for the Bengals and Jaguars game as part of my game day snack series where I made one snack to represent Cincinnati and another to rep their rivals.
You can follow along with my series HERE!
Florida is HOT and known for fresh seafood, so this was the perfect way to showcase the Jaguars!
This can easily be made in a skillet, but since I also made Goetta dogs at the same time, the griddle was the way to go 🙂
How to make Blackstone Hot Honey Buffalo Shrimp Subs
First, put some buffalo sauce, hot honey, lemon juice, and Old Bay in a small bowl and stir until combined.

Preheat the Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Add cooking oil of choice and some jumbo shrimp.
Cook the shrimp for 1 minute, mixing a few times.

Pour half of the sauce on the shrimp and cook 2 to 3 more minutes, mixing a few times.

Place the buns, cut side down, on the griddle during the last minute to toast them slightly.

Remove the shrimp, you can leave them whole or cut them in half.
Add the shrimp to the buns, or in my case I used Brioche hot dog buns.
Drizzle the remaining hot honey buffalo sauce over top and ranch dressing if desired.

Blackstone Hot Honey Buffalo Shrimp Subs do require some napkins 😉
