Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps
When trying to do the low carb thing, tasty and easy recipes are always welcome… so I bring to you Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps!
Seriously you will NOT miss the carbs here they are SOOOO delicious.
I did bring out a few flour tortillas for my husband to make tacos so everyone was happy at dinner.

How to make Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps
Start with your Blackstone or flat top griddle over medium-low heat.
And add 6 to 8 slices of bacon.
I cut mine into bite size pieces with my kitchen scissors.

Cook the bacon for just a few minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.

Then add 1 1/2 pounds of diced chicken thighs.
And season them with kosher salt and pepper.

Plus a little dry ranch seasoning blend.
I am using my Blackstone Parmesan Ranch seasoning.

Cook this, mixing together, for about 8 minutes.
Then drizzle some ranch dressing over top and combine with spatulas.

Let the chicken mixture cool slightly before filling your lettuce wraps.
And add toppings like diced avocado and cheese.

My husband’s tacos and my lettuce wraps, both look incredible!!

Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 slices bacon cut into bite size pieces
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts cut into bite size pieces
- kosher salt, pepper, ranch seasoning blend (I used Blackstone Parmesan Ranch seasoning)
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 to 2 heads Boston lettuce (depending on size) leaves separated into lettuce wraps
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese of choice
Instructions
- Preheat griddle to medium-low. Add bacon and cook 2 to 3 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.
- Add chicken, kosher salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning. Cook 8 minutes on the griddle, mixing together with the bacon. Drizzle ranch over top and mix together during the last minute.Note: No need to add oil because of the bacon grease.
- Remove and let cool to room temperature. Serve in lettuce wraps topped with avocado and shredded cheese.
