Blackstone Garlic Sriracha Chicken Ramen
My newest stir fried ramen noodle creation on the griddle is Blackstone Garlic Sriracha Chicken Ramen!
These noodles on the flat top grill get a slight crisp, making for a unique ramen experience for sure.
This is a spicy version that we also topped with yum yum sauce.
In addition to even more sriracha because around here we like things extra spicy!
How to make Blackstone Garlic Sriracha Chicken Ramen
First boil 3 packs of ramen noodles according to the package directions, minus the flavor pack.
Then rinse the noodles very well with cold water, a very important step so they don’t overcook.
Prepare the rest of your ingredients and put everything on a tray.
I have a pound of diced chicken thighs, or you could use chicken breasts.
Also a diced onion, lots of minced garlic, butter, and sliced green onions.
I put all the sauces in a bowl, a mix of soy sauce, hoisin, sauce, and a good amount of sriracha.
Preheat your Blackstone griddle or flat top grill to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then add the chicken, onion, kosher salt, and pepper.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, mixing together with hibachi spatulas a few times.
Then add the sauce mixture.
Along with the butter and garlic.
Cook this on the griddle for 4 to 5 minutes.
Mix it together several times, and flatten it to get a slight crisp to the noodles.
Finally add the sliced green onions and cook another minute or two.
Blackstone Garlic Sriracha Chicken Ramen is ready to be devoured 🙂
We added some store bought yum yum sauce and even more sriracha to ours.
Plus some sesame seeds.

Blackstone Garlic Sriracha Chicken Ramen
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- 3 packages Ramen noodles (any flavor)
- cooking oil of choice
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts cut into bite size pieces
- 1 onion diced
- kosher salt, pepper
- 7 to 9 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, or stir fry sauce
- 1/4 cup sriracha (plus more to drizzle over top if desired)
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 bunch green onions cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
- Optional: sesame seeds, yum yum sauce
Instructions
- Boil the Ramen noodles according to package directions (do not use the flavor packet), drain and rinse very well with cold water.
- Preheat your griddle or flat top grill to medium heat for a few minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice along with the chicken, onion, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the garlic, the cooked noodles, soy sauce, teriyaki or hoisin sauce, sriracha, and butter.
- Cook it all together on the griddle for about 4 to 5 minutes, pressing the noodles with your hibachi spatulas so they become a little crisp. Add the green onions and cook another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve with sesame seeds and/or yum yum sauce, plus more sriracha if desired.
