Blackstone Bang Bang Ramen Noodles
Blackstone Bang Bang Ramen Noodles is an easy side dish recipe for the griddle.
Or add a protein of choice like chicken or shrimp for a complete griddle meal.
Bang Bang sauce is a sweet, spicy, and creamy sauce that is BIG on flavor, but so easy to make.
We had this as a side dish with Grilled Thai Chicken Skewers and it was the perfect combo.
How to Make Blackstone Bang Bang Ramen Noodles
With any griddle meal, preparation is key.
I always prep my ingredients and put everything on a tray.
It makes cooking on my griddle enjoyable… rather than looking like a crazy lady 😉
First make the sauce by combining mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, and sriracha.
Whisk until combined and set aside.
Also, boil 4 packs of ramen noodles according to the package directions.
It really does not matter which flavor because we are throwing away the flavor pack.
Drain and rinse the noodles very well with cold water to prevent them from getting mushy.
Place all the ingredients on a tray and head outdoors to where your Blackstone griddle lives.
Preheat the griddle to medium for a few minutes.
Then add some cooking oil of choice along with a diced onion.
Cook the onion a minute or two and then add some fresh minced garlic.
Also add the noodles, kosher salt, and pepper.
Cook the noodles for a few minutes, flipping with your hibachi spatulas.
Then add half of the bang bang sauce.
Cook the noodles for a few more minutes.
I love flattening the noodles so some parts get nice and crispy.
Finally add some sliced green onions and lemon juice to add some brightness and freshness.
Right before serving, toss the rest of the bang bang sauce with the noodles.
At this point feel free to add some cooked chicken or shrimp for a complete meal, or serve as a simple side dish just like this.
Blackstone Bang Bang Ramen Noodles are quite addicting, my friends… consider yourself warned 😉

Stephanie
Can I serve this as a cold side dish or is it best served warm? Thanks
Cheri
Hi Stephanie! I served it warm, but honestly couldn’t stop picking at the leftovers while they were room temperature and SOOOO good! I’ve never had them cold, but highly recommend room temperature 🙂 Hope this help! ~Cheri
