Harissa Chicken Outdoor Pizza
This Harissa Chicken Outdoor Pizza recipe is so unique and not your average pizza creation.
Ever since getting my Blackstone Outdoor Pizza Oven, I have been trying to come up with creative pizzas and this one was awesome!
A little spicy thanks to the harissa sauce but balanced out with the feta and creamy tzatziki topping.

How to make Harissa Chicken Outdoor Pizza
Start by stretching or rolling your pizza dough to 12 to 14 inches and placing it on a pizza peel with plenty of semolina flour to prevent sticking.
This dough I bought in the deli section of my grocery store.
You can certainly make your own or buy from a local pizza restaurant.
Then drizzle some olive oil and spread about half cup of harissa sauce (NOT harissa paste) onto the dough.

Then sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella, some cooked, diced chicken, and feta cheese crumbles.
I also seasoned with kosher salt and pepper.

Preheat your outdoor pizza oven between 500 and 600 degrees.
And use your pizza peel to launch the pizza onto the pizza stone.

And watch carefully as it cooks on the rotating stone for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove once the crust is cooked how you prefer.

We topped Harissa Chicken Outdoor Pizza with dollops of tzatziki and basil 🙂
Not your average pizza night for sure, this one was quite popular with my family!
