Traeger Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
You gotta make an extra special appetizer for your dad on Father’s Day, right?! These Traeger Crab Stuffed Mushrooms were the perfect recipe for my perfect dad!
He loves seafood, mushrooms, cheesy goodness, and anything cooked on the smoker or Traeger pellet grill.
Don’t tell him 😉 , but as spectacular as these were, they really were fairly simple to make.
These are also low carb and Keto friendly.

How to make Traeger Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
We have all the yummy stuff to make the crab filling along with some baby portobello mushrooms.
You could certainly use regular white mushrooms too.

Put some cream cheese and fresh crab in a bowl to start.
It helps when mixing this if the cream cheese is at room temperature.

Then add 3/4 to 1 tablespoon of Old Bay, a cup of shredded parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and fresh thyme.
Mix it all together and stuff the mushrooms.
I bought a little over a pound of mushrooms, we had some filling left but it was really good on crackers so nothing went to waste.

Remove the mushroom stem before stuffing them.
And sprinkle a little more parmesan and fresh thyme over top.

Then set your Traeger pellet grill to 350 degrees and place the stuffed mushrooms right on the grill grate for 30 to 40 minutes.

Traeger Crab Stuffed Mushrooms are best served right away 🙂

If you have leftovers, good news… they are just as good warmed up the next day!
Now to come up with even MORE stuffed mushroom recipes for the Traeger because these are incredible.
