
Blackstone Cilantro Lime Steak and Potatoes
Let me show you how I made this Blackstone Cilantro Lime Steak and Potatoes recipe.
I love creating all in one complete meals on my griddle, and this one was not only easy, it was full of flavor!
My husband and son are steak and potato lovers, and I am a fan of fresh ingredients.
So, this meal was the perfect combo for everyone.

How to make Blackstone Cilantro Lime Steak and Potatoes
I like to prepare all of my ingredients and put them on my Blackstone trays to easily carry everything outside at once.
I also use the same tray to carry the yummy meal back inside.
This dinner required some chopping and dicing, but it didn’t take too long.

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium.
Add some cooking oil, 1 1/2 pounds of diced gold potatoes, kosher salt, and pepper and cook for 9 to 10 minutes.
Squirt some water on the potatoes and cover with a melting dome or griddle lid.

Remove the dome or lid several times to mix potatoes with spatulas and add more water each time before covering again.

Set the dome aside and add more cooking oil and the steak.
I have 1 1/2 pounds of cubed sirloin steak.

A little more kosher salt and pepper, the Blackstone Tequila Lime seasoning (or your favorite taco or fajita seasoning), minced garlic, and a few sliced jalapenos.

Mix this together with spatulas for about 3 minutes.

Finally add freshly chopped cilantro and lime juice.

And cook this for another 1 to 2 minutes, mixing it all together on the griddle.

Blackstone Cilantro Lime Steak and Potatoes was the perfect dinner, and we had leftovers that were just as good the next day 🙂

Blackstone Cilantro Lime Steak and Potatoes
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- cooking oil of choice
- 1 1/2 pounds red or gold potatoes cut into bite size pieces
- kosher salt, pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak cut into bite size pieces
- 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers some seeds removed, sliced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- fajita, taco, or Tequila Lime seasoning blend
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 2 to 3 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat griddle to medium. Add some cooking oil, the potatoes, kosher salt, and pepper and cook 9 to 10 minutes. Squirt some water on the potatoes and cover with a melting dome or griddle lid. Remove the dome or lid several times to mix potatoes with spatulas and add more water each time before covering again.
- Set dome aside. Add more cooking oil, steak, jalapenos, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and your seasoning blend of choice (season according to your taste). Cook 3 to 4 minutes, mixing a few times with spatulas.
- Add cilantro and lime juice, mix together and cook 1 to 2 more minutes.
