Blackstone Steak and Lobster Tacos
Blackstone Steak and Lobster Tacos were so easy to make on the griddle for our family pool party!
I also made Blackstone Griddle Street Corn as a taco topping or side dish at the same time thanks to the large griddle cooking space.
How to make Blackstone Steak and Lobster Tacos
Start by cutting 2 pounds of steak and 2 pounds of lobster into bite size pieces.
Add some olive oil, fresh minced garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and your favorite taco seasoning blend to the steak.
Mix it until combined and let the steak marinate.

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Add some olive oil, or cooking oil of choice, and the seasoned steak.

Cook the steak for about 3 to 4 minutes, mixing a few times with your spatulas.

Then add the lobster.

Plus, a little more kosher salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.

Cook this and mix together for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Squeeze half a lemon over top right before serving.
And warm the tortillas on the griddle for a few seconds too.

Serve Blackstone Steak and Lobster Tacos with any toppings you like 🙂
It was soooooo good with the Blackstone Griddle Street Corn!
