These Blackstone Cheesy Potato Burger Bowls are the ultimate, family friendly, easy weeknight meal on the griddle!
Burger and fries are a classic pairing, so I thought why not create a complete dinner recipe using similar ingredients.

How to make Blackstone Cheesy Potato Burger Bowls
First preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium.
Add some cooking oil to one side of griddle along with the potatoes, kosher salt, pepper, and burger seasoning.
Mix with spatulas, add some water, and cover with a melting dome.
Let the potatoes cook under the dome for 8 to 10 minutes.

Remove the dome a few times to mix with spatulas, and add more water each time before covering again.
Add ground beef to other side of griddle, season with kosher salt, pepper, and burger seasoning.
I used a mix of both Blackstone’s All-Purpose and Whiskey Burger seasoning blends.

Mix with spatulas and break apart the meat as it cooks for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove melting dome from potatoes.
Mix the ground beef and potatoes together on the griddle for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add some burger sauce of choice, I went with Kinder’s Classic Burger Sauce.

Next sprinkle some shredded cheese over top and mix it all together,

Blackstone Cheesy Potato Burger Bowls are ready to enjoy!
Serve this yummy dinner in bowls with more cheese sprinkled over top and with burger toppings of choice such as lettuce, pickle, more burger sauce, tomato, onion, etc.
