Blackstone French Onion Beef and Noodles
This griddle recipe for Blackstone French Onion Beef and Noodles is pure comfort food!
I made this for my daughter and her boyfriend and the whole family devoured it AND had seconds 🙂
We used ground beef, but diced steak would work too.

How to make Blackstone French Onion Beef and Noodles
First put the ingredients on a tray to easily carry outside.
I did this while I boiled the egg noodles, then drained and rinsed them with cold water.
We have a diced onion, sliced mushrooms, ground beef, a packet of onion soup seasoning, heavy cream and sour cream, plus crispy fried onions and Worcestershire sauce.

Preheat your Blackstone griddle or flat top grill to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then drizzle some cooking oil and add the onions and mushrooms.

And the ground beef, kosher salt, and pepper.

This will cook for 8 to 9 minutes, mixing a few times with hibachi spatulas.
My daughter had fun helping me with this part.

Next add the Worcestershire sauce and the packet of onion soup seasoning.

Along with the noodles and heavy cream.

Then the sour cream, more salt and pepper, and cook for another minute or two.

I mixed in half of the fried onions.
And topped this dish with even more fried onions.

We all loved Blackstone French Onion Beef and Noodles!

Creamy, hearty, and pretty budget friendly as well.
Leftovers are great the next day if you are lucky enough to have some left.
