Blackstone Balsamic Chicken and Apples
Blackstone Balsamic Chicken and Apples is a healthy dinner recipe for your flat top griddle with some fall flavor vibes.
It’s topped with balsamic glaze and feta cheese, which takes this meal from ordinary to extraordinary in my opinion.

How to make Blackstone Balsamic Chicken and Apples
Cut boneless, skinless chicken thighs into bite size pieces.
And place the chicken in a bowl with some balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Mix until combined and marinate 15 minutes.
Then cut two Honeycrisp apples into bite size pieces.

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Add cooking oil of choice, the chicken, and diced apples.

Cook this for 5 to 6 minutes, mixing a few times with spatulas.

Then season with kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning blend.
I used my Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning.

And plenty of fresh spinach that has been roughly chopped.

Mix this together and cook for just a few more minutes.

The spinach will cook down a lot.

Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic minced
- kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
- cooking oil of choice
- 2 medium to small Honeycrisp apples diced, skin on
- 6 to 8 ounces fresh spinach roughly chopped
- 1 to 2 ounces balsamic glaze
- 4 ounces crumbed feta cheese
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and place in a bowl with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until combined and marinate 15 minutes.
- Preheat your griddle to medium heat. Add cooking oil of choice, chicken, and diced apple. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, mixing a few times with spatulas.
- Add spinach and season with kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook 2 to 3 more minutes, mixing with spatulas.
- Serve with balsamic glaze and feta cheese over top.
