Blackstone Hot Honey Mustard Chicken Sliders
Blackstone Hot Honey Mustard Chicken Sliders on King’s Hawaiian pretzel buns can be a fun dinner or a great game day snack!
The hot honey mustard sauce is the perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and spicy.

How to make Blackstone Hot Honey Mustard Chicken Sliders
Start with 1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces.
Then preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat and add some cooking oil of choice and the chicken.
Season the chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and a seasoning blend of choice.
I went with my Blackstone All-Purpose seasoning and also a little Honey Jalapeno seasoning.

While the chicken cooks on the griddle for 6 to 7 minutes, mix it around a few times with your spatulas.
And also make this hot honey mustard sauce.
Simply combine hot honey, mustard of choice, mayo, and a little kosher salt and pepper.

Add half of the sauce to the chicken bites on the griddle and cook the chicken another 2 minutes.
Then turn the griddle off and add a little more cooking oil and place the pretzel buns, cut side down until toasty.

Flip them over and add remaining hot honey mustard to the bottom bun.

Then pile on the cooked chicken.

I got allll the chicken to fit perfectly!
Then add slices of pepper jack cheese, the top bun, and cover with a dome or griddle lid until melted.

Blackstone Hot Honey Mustard Chicken Sliders are absolute perfection and a definite make-again-soon type of recipe!

I transferred them to a cutting board for serving at our football party and YUM!!
