Blackstone Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos
It was my daughter’s birthday and all she wanted was a pool party and for me to make Blackstone Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos.
Well of course, my sweet 25 year old baby girl can have whatever she wants!!
Lucky for me, this shrimp taco recipe on the griddle is super easy!
It even has a simple pineapple slaw that comes together in minutes.
How to make Blackstone Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos
Start by making the bang bang sauce.
Which is simply mixing together mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice.
I provided measurement ranges in the recipe card, but it really depends on your spice level and how sweet you want it to be.
I also made a slaw by combining coleslaw mix, a drained can of pineapple tidbits, and just a few spoonfuls of this sauce.

I cut my jumbo shrimp into fourths, or you could use smaller shrimp.
Then preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Add cooking oil of choice, the shrimp, kosher salt, and pepper.
Cook these for just a minute or two, mixing with spatulas.

Then pour about half of the bang bang sauce on the shrimp.
And cook for another 2 minutes.
I also warmed my street taco size flour tortillas on the griddle for a minute.

I set up a taco making station so everyone could make their own.

But I did make my daughter’s tacos since it was her birthday.
Start with some of the pineapple slaw, then the shrimp, and drizzle the remaining bang bang sauce over top.

Blackstone Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos, a perfect summer meal and worthy of my daughter’s birthday so you KNOW they are amazing!
