Blackstone Lemon Garlic Mahi Mahi
I made Blackstone Lemon Garlic Mahi Mahi along with Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus for a complete, simple flat top griddle dinner!
This recipe and directions would also work for salmon, catfish, trout, or cod so feel free to swap out your seafood of choice.
We have just been on a mahi mahi kick lately, and we can’t have it for dinner without the husband saying “Ahhhh… mahi mahi, the steak of fish!” 😉
At least he’s cute 😉

How to make Blackstone Lemon Garlic Mahi Mahi
First drizzle 4 mahi fillets with olive oil.
Then season with kosher salt, pepper, and a garlic and herb seasoning blend.
I like this Kinder’s seasoning blend because it has a slight hint of lemon.
Preheat griddle to medium.
Place a small saucepan on the griddle and add butter, garlic, lemon juice, kosher salt, pepper, and garlic and herb seasoning.

Mix the lemon garlic butter in the saucepan until melted and scoot to edge of the Blackstone to keep warm.
Place mahi mahi on your Blackstone griddle and cook 8 to 10 minutes total, flipping a few times with spatulas.

Place lemon wedges on griddle during last half of cooking and flip them a few times.

And brush a few times with the lemon garlic butter during the last half of cooking.

Get ready to swoon when that garlic hits the griddle… Oh. Mah. Goodness!

Serve mahi mahi with lemon wedges on top and the remaining lemon garlic butter.

It was a perfect pairing with the asparagus!
