Blackstone Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Tacos
This recipe for Blackstone Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Tacos could not be more simple and is unmatched in the taco flavor department!
Warning… very addicting and quite possibly could cause a strong desire to have seconds and thirds!
I used a store bought seasoning to keep things easy, but this Homemade Jerk Seasoning is amazing if you want to make your own.
And, this recipe can be low carb/ Keto friendly if you use lettuce wraps or keto friendly tortillas!
How to make Blackstone Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Tacos
First put all of your ingredients on a tray to easily carry out to the Blackstone griddle.
And use the same tray to carry all the yumminess back inside for dinner đŸ™‚
Put a pound of jumbo shrimp that has been peeled and deveined in a bowl.
Then slice some bell peppers, an onion, and mince some garlic to place on the tray as well.
And some lime juice, soy sauce, and jerk seasoning.
I mixed together some ranch dressing and Caribbean Jerk marinade for an easy optional sauce to drizzle over top.
Preheat the griddle to medium heat for several minutes.
Then add some cooking oil of choice and the sliced peppers and onions.
Cook the veggies 3 to 4 minutes, flipping and turning with hibachi spatulas a few times.
Then add the pound of shrimp.
And the lime juice, soy sauce, Caribbean Jerk seasoning, and garlic.
Cook this another 3 to 4 minutes, turning and flipping with those fancy griddle spatulas.
During the last minute add some tortillas to the griddle to warm them through and crisp them slightly.
You can assemble the tacos inside, or outside right on the griddle đŸ™‚
First add some of the shrimp and peppers to the tortillas.
A drizzle of the sauce, and toppings of choice like lettuce and cheese.
