Blackstone Cheesy Sausage Baguettes
Blackstone Cheesy Sausage Baguettes could be a fun dinner on the griddle, or slice them up and serve as a game day snack or appetizer.
A simple French bread style pizza is always a hit with both kids and adults.
And you can mix it up with your own toppings to create many more masterpieces.

How to make Blackstone Cheesy Sausage Baguettes
Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
While my griddle was warming up I sliced a French baguette into fourths… cut in half first, then cut each half lengthwise to create 4 slices.
Also, cut a slit down the center of each Italian sausage link to remove the casings if needed.

Add some cooking oil to your griddle and the Italian sausage, I am actually using Italian chicken sausage.
Cook the sausage for 5 to 6 minutes, breaking apart with spatulas a few times as it cooks.

Scoot the sausage to the edge of your griddle, then add more cooking oil and place the baguettes cut side down to toast and warm them.

Flip the baguettes over and spread your favorite pizza or marinara sauce over top along with kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Pile on the cooked sausage, some shredded mozzarella, and a little more kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Cover with a melting dome or your griddle lid until the cheese is melted.

Garnish Blackstone Cheesy Sausage Baguettes with fresh parsley if you have it!

My daughter and her boyfriend stopped by on their way to a Halloween party, so we shared ours with Bob Ross and his Happy Little Tree 🙂
