Blackstone Asiago Chimichurri Steak Sandwiches

Blackstone Asiago Chimichurri Steak Sandwiches

Blackstone Asiago Chimichurri Steak Sandwiches is a simple griddle dinner recipe that was inspired by my recent trip to Disney World.

We stayed at Coronado Springs and one of the restaurants there has a very similar sandwich that I just had to recreate at home.

I made my own homemade Cilantro Jalapeno Chimichurri, froze it, and thawed some for this meal.

Toast 4 ciabatta rolls on the griddle as well and add some creamy horseradish sauce along with the Cilantro Jalapeno Chimichurri.

Pile on the steak and cheesy goodness, a little more of the horseradish and chimichurri, and the top bun.
