Blackstone Steak Caprese Crostini
You could enjoy this Blackstone Steak Caprese Crostini recipe as a fancy party appetizer, or as a fun snacky type dinner!
This was our date night dinner on the patio paired with a glass of wine and Caesar salad for the perfect meal.

How to make Blackstone Steak Caprese Crostini
Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium.
Add cooking oil of choice, grape or cherry tomatoes, kosher salt, and pepper.

Cook the tomatoes by themselves for about 5 minutes, mixing a few times.

Season your steak on both sides with kosher salt and pepper.
Then add more cooking oil to your griddle and the steak.
Cook the steak 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare/ medium, and continue mixing tomatoes.

Remove the steak to rest before slicing, add Italian seasoning and some balsamic glaze to tomatoes and let cook 1 more minute.

Add more cooking oil to an empty space on the griddle and add the baguette slices, season with kosher salt and pepper, and toast on both sides to your liking.

Slice the steak into 12 slices.
Assemble the crostini by tearing some burrata cheese and adding to each toasted bread slice.
Finally top with steak, the charred tomatoes, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and fresh basil.
