Blackstone Peach Bacon Pork Chops
Blackstone Peach Bacon Pork Chops is one of the best griddle pork chop dinner recipes topped with an easy to make peach bacon jam/ relish!
This is perfect to make in the summer when peaches are in season, but you can substitute apples for more of a fall dish.
How to make Peach Bacon Pork Chops
First season the pork chops on both sides with seasoning blend of choice.
Mine were bone-in chops and I used two of my favorite seasoning blends because I just couldn’t decide.

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle over medium heat.
Then use kitchen scissors to cut 1/2 pound of bacon into bite size pieces and add the bacon to your griddle.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes, until the bacon is almost cooked through.
Soak up some of the grease with paper towels, and spread some of the grease on an empty space of the griddle.

Add some diced peaches, brown sugar, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to the bacon.
And the seasoned pork chops to an empty space of your griddle.

Cook both for about 6 to 8 minutes, mixing the peaches and bacon together and flip the pork chops halfway through.
Add a squeeze of fresh lemon during the last few seconds to the peaches (or apples if using apples instead).

Remove the pork chops once they are 142 degrees internal temp, but let them rest for several minutes to come to the perfect 145 degree internal temp.
Serve the pork chops topped with the peach and bacon mixture, plus basil or thyme for garnish if desired.

Blackstone Peach Bacon Pork Chops sure are stunning 🙂
