Blackstone Peanut Chicken Skewers
These Blackstone Peanut Chicken Skewers pack a great punch of flavor, and they are super easy recipe to make on the Blackstone griddle.
You could make this a complete meal by adding some rice.
The extra peanut sauce on the side for dipping is so good mixed in with rice.
Also, we had ours with some yum yum sauce on the side to dip… highly recommend đŸ™‚
How to Make Blackstone Peanut Chicken Skewers
This dish starts with making the peanut sauce.
It’s a half cup peanut butter and soy sauce.
Along with some rice vinegar, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
Just whisk it all up and that’s it!
Cut three pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs and place them in a gallon size plastic bag.
Pour half of the peanut sauce in the bag, and massage the bag until the chicken is coated.
Marinate the chicken in the fridge several hours or overnight.
And store the other half of the peanut sauce for dipping.
Then put them onto kabobs skewers đŸ™‚
You should get 6 to 8 kabobs, depending on the size skewer you are using.
When ready to cook these, preheat the griddle to medium heat for several minutes.
Then add a little oil and the skewers.
They will cook on one side for 4 to 5 minutes, then flip and cook another 4 to 5 minutes.

Serve Blackstone Chicken Skewers with some crushed up peanuts and cilantro over top for garnish if desired!
Pictured here is our yum yum dipping sauce, we also had the extra peanut sauce mixed in with rice.
Such a delicious and easy dinner and with very little fuss.
