Traeger Mexican Skillet Brownies

Traeger Mexican Skillet Brownies

Usually my mind doesn’t go to desserts when I think of Traeger recipes, but these Traeger Mexican Skillet Brownies may have me leaning toward the sweet side more often đŸ™‚

Rich and decadent brownies with a hint of orange and cinnamon.

And just a spicy hint of cayenne pepper.

How to Make Traeger Mexican Skillet Brownies

These are SOOOO easy because I am starting with a box of brownie mix.

I love to cook, smoke, grill… you name it, but baking is just not my friend.

But if you have a fabulous brownie recipe make that and add the other components đŸ™‚

brownie ingredients in a cast iron skillet

First prepare the brownies according to the package directions.

Then add the zest of a navel orange.

Save some zest to garnish when serving.
