Blackstone Cajun Garlic Green Beans
If you’re already grilling or griddling outside, might as well make an easy side dish recipe like Blackstone Cajun Garlic Green Beans!
My whole meal was ready in just 10 minutes thanks to my large griddle cooking space.
I griddled some Blackstone Peanut Chicken Skewers along with these green beans for a complete meal.
And we even dipped it all in some store bought yum yum sauce to make it extra, ummmm…. yummy đŸ˜‰
How to make Blackstone Cajun Garlic Green Beans
First trim a pound of fresh green beans and cut the larger ones in half.
Then dice an onion, mince some garlic, and measure out the butter and Cajun seasoning.
Put it all on a tray and let’s head out to the griddle, shall we?!
Preheat the Blackstone griddle or flat top grill to medium heat for a few minutes and add 2 tablespoons of butter, the diced onion, and some kosher salt and pepper.
Side note: The Blackstone Peanut Chicken Skewers cooked on the griddle at the same time, I just flipped them a few times.
Use hibachi spatulas to flip and mix the onions and green beans and let them cook 7 to 8 minutes.
If you have a melting dome, use it over the green beans to speed up the cooking a bit if desired.
Then add a little more butter, some fresh minced garlic, and a tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
I also added a few dashes of cayenne hot sauce.
Cook just another 2 to 4 minutes, mixing and flipping a few times.
Blackstone Cajun Garlic Green Beans are a super easy griddle side dish that’s equally as delicious đŸ™‚
The chicken skewers and green beans were done at the same time and paired perfectly together!
