
Blackstone Lemon Chicken and Broccolini
Blackstone Lemon Chicken and Broccolini is a complete dinner recipe for the griddle!
It’s on the healthy-ish side, plus it’s a great keto and low carb option (check out even more of my Keto Friendly Blackstone Recipes).
And it cooks all at once on the griddle or flat top grill… so no dirty pots and pans.
How to Make Blackstone Lemon Chicken and Broccolini
I am using boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
But you could use some thinner cut chicken breasts if you prefer.
Most of the flavor in this dish is thanks to the lemon garlic herb butter!

First melt 4 tablespoons of butter and add about 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
Then chop some fresh herbs of choice along with garlic.
In my garden I have rosemary, thyme, and basil growing so that’s the herb blend I went with.

Season the chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and if you have an all purpose seasoning blend go ahead and add that.
I have a steak seasoning blend that I used, but Old Bay would be a good choice too!

Preheat the griddle or flat top grill to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then brush a little of the lemon butter and add the chicken first.

After 2 to 3 minutes add the broccolini and season with kosher salt and pepper.

Cook the chicken and broccolini for 7 to 9 more minutes, flipping both a few times.
Then during the last few minutes, brush both with the lemon butter 🙂

Serve Blackstone Lemon Chicken and Broccolini with more lemon wedges to squeeze over top if you’d like.
I also made some crescent rolls in the oven to add to this dinner… so yummy!

Blackstone Lemon Chicken and Broccolini
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (I used thyme, rosemary, and basil)
- 5 to 6 cloves garlic minced
- 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- kosher salt, pepper, seasoning blend of choice (optional)
- 1 bunch broccolini
- Optional: lemon wedges
Instructions
- Mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, herbs, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Season the chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and seasoning blend of choice if using.
- Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes. Brush some of the lemon garlic butter on the griddle and add the chicken. Let the chicken cook 2 to 3 minutes then add the broccolini, season the broccolini with kosher salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken and broccolini 7 to 9 more minutes, flipping both a few times. Brush both the chicken and broccolini with the lemon garlic butter a few times during the last few minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over top if desired.
