Blackstone Griddle Chicken Wings
Blackstone Griddle Chicken Wings recipe are a great dinner, camping, or game day snack for the griddle or flat top grill!
You get a nice crisp char on the wings and they cook pretty quickly on the griddle.
Simply seasoned, cooked to perfection, and toss them in your favorite wing sauce.
It doesn’t get much easier than that, am I right?!
How to make this Blackstone Griddle Chicken Wings recipe
Start with three pounds of jumbo split chicken wings along with a few of my favorite seasonings.
The wing sauce I picked was spicy garlic, but any wing sauce will work great!
And we gotta have ranch with our buffalo wings around here 🙂
First put the wings in a bowl and pat them dry with paper towels.
Then add some olive oil and 2 teaspoons each of chili powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
Also season well with kosher salt and pepper.
Toss the wings until they are evenly coated and we are ready for the griddle or flat top grill!
Preheat your griddle to medium high heat for several minutes.
Then place the wings down in a single layer for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
I found tongs were the way to go when flipping them instead of my usual hibachi spatulas.
Lower the heat to medium low and cover the wings with a 9×13 foil pan or large melting dome.
They will cook under the pan or dome for 10 to 15 minutes total, flipping them halfway through.
Use caution when flipping them, especially if using a foil pan, as it will be hot.
Once the wings are above 165 degrees internal temperature, we can remove them from the griddle.
Toss this Blackstone Griddle Chicken Wings recipe in any wing sauce of choice and serve with ranch for dipping if desired 🙂
Literally finger licking good!
