Blackstone Griddle Sausage Cranberry Stuffing
Blackstone Griddle Sausage Cranberry Stuffing is a tasty and easy Thanksgiving side dish recipe!
It starts on the flat top grill, really speeding up the cooking process.
Plus a little extra flavor thanks to the seasoned griddle.
And, let’s face it, cooking is just more fun outside on the patio 😉
It finishes cooking in the oven, and you can even make it ahead of time and bake right before serving.
How to make Blackstone Griddle Sausage Cranberry Stuffing
First dice an onion and 3 celery stalks.
Then cut a 14 to 16 ounce loaf of French or Italian bread into cubes.
You’ll have the best luck using a serrated bread knife.
Gather the rest of the ingredients and put them on a tray to carry out to your griddle.
Preheat the Blackstone or flat top grill to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then add some cooking oil and the diced onion and celery.
I had the absolute CUTEST helper on this chilly, rainy day.
My grandson loves cooking with me 🙂
Cook the veggies for 2 to 3 minutes, mixing with hibachi spatulas.
And add a pound of country sausage.
Cook the sausage with the spatulas on the griddle for 5 to 6 minutes, mixing with the veggies.
Next add the bread cubes, butter, kosher salt, pepper, sage, thyme, and parsley.
And cook another few minutes, mixing together on the griddle.
So, we are done with the griddle part of this side dish recipe.
Bring this in the house and place in a large bowl.
To the bowl add some chicken or turkey base, an egg, dried cranberries, and a 14 ounce can of chicken or turkey broth.
Mix together and add it to a 9×13 casserole dish.
And bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
I mean, this just LOOKS like Thanksgiving in a dish!
Blackstone Griddle Sausage Cranberry Stuffing is sure to be a holiday hit!
So flavorful, easy to make, and just might be the star of the Thanksgiving sides 😉
