Smoked Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Smoked Spinach and Artichoke Dip is a class appetizer recipe, but with a little side of wood fired flavor thanks to the smoker or Traeger pellet grill.
I mean, everyone like spinach and artichoke dip, right?!
Always a hit for any party, holiday, or celebration.
Creamy, cheesy goodness perfect for serving with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops for dipping.
How to make Smoked Spinach and Artichoke Dip
It’s pretty easy to assemble this dip because it’s a dump and go type of recipe.
First chop 10 ounces of fresh spinach and put it in a 9×13 casserole dish or foil pan.
This may seem like a lot of spinach, but it will cook down a ton.
Then add some cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped artichokes, Worcestershire sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, Old Bay seasoning, kosher salt and pepper.
Next head to your smoker or Traeger pellet grill and set it to 225 degrees.
And place the dip right on the grill grate for about 2 hours.
Start stirring the dip once the cheese starts to melt.
And stir it a few times throughout.
Finally top with a little more shredded mozzarella cheese.
And leave it on the smoker or pellet grill until the cheese melts.
See, Smoked Spinach and Artichoke Dip was pretty easy to make!
My personal favorite is dipping with Fritos Scoops!
So flavorful, simple, and extra cheesy!
