This is such a fun dessert recipe for the pellet grill, Traeger Fireball Apple Crumble is both easy and delicious!
Typically this sweet treat would be perfect for fall or camping, but this was just our weekend snack that we enjoyed with ice cream.

How to make Traeger Fireball Apple Crumble
First add a cup of Fireball and brown sugar, plus a little nutmeg, cinnamon, lemon juice, and a pinch of kosher salt to a large pot.
Bring it to a boil and then add in 5 chopped apples, I used Honeycrisp and left the skin on.
Let this simmer over medium low heat for 12 to 14 minutes, stirring a few times.
Then mix 1/4 cup more Fireball with a teaspoon of cornstarch.
Add this to the apples and simmer for another two minutes so it thickens.
The crumble topping is super easy!
Just a boxed mix of spice cake and a stick of melted butter mixed together.
Pour the apples into a 9×13 casserole dish and crumble the topping evenly over top.
Then set your Traeger or pellet grill to 350 degrees and put the apple crumble right on the grill grate for 30 to 40 minutes.
