Blackstone Lemon Feta Salmon
I couldn’t decide what I was craving more… salmon on the griddle, or something with that magical lemon and feta cheese combo. So I combined them both into one easy and healthy recipe for Blackstone Lemon Feta Salmon!
Problem solved, taste buds happy, belly full, happy wife, happy life 🙂
I even sliced some zucchini and cooked it on the griddle for a complete meal AND served with some toasty naan bread.
All of which was dipped in the incredible Greek yogurt sauce (so the recipe makes A LOT of sauce for that reason).
How to make Blackstone Lemon Feta Salmon
First add a small container of plain Greek yogurt with a little mayo, some lemon juice, smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper into a bowl.
Then add some crumbled feta cheese and stir until combined.
Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon, smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper.
Lightly rub the seasoning into the salmon.
Preheat your griddle to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then add some cooking oil and the salmon fillets.
They will cook 7 to 9 minutes total, gently flipping them a few times.
One of the BEST parts of cooking salmon on the griddle is the crisp char you get.
I threw down some seasoned zucchini slices and cooked them 2 to 3 minutes per side while the salmon cooked.
Ohhhhhhh yes….. this looks perfect!
A complete, healthy dinner on the griddle is pretty darn amazing!
Especially with warm naan bread and all dipped in the lemon feta sauce.
Blackstone Lemon Feta Salmon is my dream meal (I’m a simple girl 😉 )

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 lemon wedges
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- kosher salt, pepper
- cooking oil of choice
- 4 pieces naan or pita bread (optional)
Lemon feta Dipping Sauce
- 1 5.3 ounce container plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
- kosher salt, pepper
Instructions
Blackstone Salmon
- Brush the olive oil over the salmon and squeeze the lemon wedges over top. Sprinkle the smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper over top. Gently rub the seasoning into the salmon.
- Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice and the salmon fillets.
- Cook 7 to 9 minutes total, flipping a few times. Serve with the lemon feta dipping sauce and naan or pita bread.Note: I cooked some sliced, seasoned zucchini for 2 to 3 minutes per side at the same time for a side dish, also amazing dipped in the sauce.
Lemon Feta Dipping Sauce
- Put all of the ingredients in a bowl, stir until combined.Note: This makes more than you will use just for the salmon. If you aren't serving with the naan or pita, you may want to cut the recipe in half. Or the leftovers make a great dip for chicken, veggies, or pita chips and will stay good in the fridge for a few days.
