Blackstone Greek Shrimp Skewers
We got some really good, fresh black tiger shrimp and I knew I had to make something extra special with them, so I came up with this recipe for Blackstone Greek Shrimp Skewers.
It’s pretty simple so the shrimp stands out as the star.
A Greek yogurt dipping sauce and toasty naan bread just added extra yumminess to this griddle dinner.

How to make Blackstone Greek Shrimp Skewers
First pat a pound of jumbo shrimp dry and put them in a bowl.
Add some olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, dried oregano, minced garlic, kosher salt, and pepper.
Toss until combined and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Then make the dipping sauce by combining 5.3 ounces of plain Greek yogurt with a few tablespoons of mayo.
And season with more lemon juice, smoked paprika, oregano, kosher salt, and pepper.
Stir until combined.

Next make 4 shrimp skewers and head out to your Blackstone griddle or flat top grill with a few pieces of naan or pita bread.

Preheat the griddle to medium for a few minutes.
Then add some cooking oil of choice along with the shrimp kabobs.

The shrimp will only take 5 to 6 minutes total, flipping them halfway through.
If you’re lucky enough, find yourself a fun griddle cooking buddy (like my son 🙂 ) to help with the flipping.

These would be amazing just like this!

But I placed a few pieces of mini naan bread on the griddle to serve them with.

Just a minute or so to get them a little toasty and warm,

Serve Blackstone Greek Shrimp Skewers with the naan and Greek yogurt dipping sauce 🙂

So flavorful, on the healthier side, and fun to make on the griddle!
