Blackstone Honey Sriracha Mahi Mahi
A healthy dinner recipe for the flat top griddle with a sweet and spicy flare… today we are making Blackstone Honey Sriracha Mahi Mahi and Stir Fry Vegetables!
You really could go with any fish of choice like salmon, halibut, or cod if you prefer.
And feel free to mix up the veggies to your liking.
I went with bell peppers, bok choy, and shredded carrots.
How to make Blackstone Honey Sriracha Mahi Mahi
First let’s make the honey sriracha glaze in a small bowl.
Simply whisk together 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons each sriracha and soy sauce, and some minced garlic.
Slice the vegetables, season the fish lightly with kosher salt and pepper, and place it all on a tray.
This way you only need one trip out to the Blackstone griddle.
Preheat the griddle to medium heat.
Add some cooking oil of choice, all the vegetables, and season them with kosher salt and pepper.
Cook them for about 2 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.
Then add a little more oil to an empty side of the Blackstone and place the mahi mahi fillets.
The fish and veggies will cook another 8 minutes total.
Flip the fish a few times and mix the veggies a few times as well.
During the last 2 minutes, brush half of that honey sriracha glaze on both sides of the fish.
Ohhhhh yum!!!
And pour the remaining sauce on the stir-fried vegetables.
Mix them around until combined and we are ready to eat!
Blackstone Honey Sriracha Mahi Mahi is perfect with these amazing veggies as a side!
