Blackstone Island Shrimp Stir Fry
A seafood meal with tropical flavor vibes is what I am sharing today, it’s an easy and healthy recipe for Blackstone Island Shrimp Stir Fry.
How to make Blackstone Island Shrimp Stir Fry
First set your ingredients on a tray to easily carry outside.
I have shrimp, pineapple, bell peppers, fresh cilantro, lime juice, red onion, soy sauce, garlic, and green onions.

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Add some cooking oil of choice, a sliced red bell pepper, red onion, kosher salt, and pepper.
And the Blackstone Island Stir Fry seasoning… or use your favorite Caribbean Jerk seasoning blend.

Cook the peppers and onions for about 4 minutes, mixing with spatulas.

Then add some fresh pineapple chunks.
And mix together on the Blackstone for 2 more minutes.

Finally add the shrimp, cilantro, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and lime juice.
Plus, a little more Island or Caribbean seasoning blend.

Another 4 minutes of mixing and cooking on the griddle and dinner is done!

We did have some leftovers, and they were pretty yummy the next day, which is always a bonus.

Blackstone Island Shrimp Stir Fry
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- cooking oil of choice
- 1 small red onion sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- kosher salt, pepper, Caribbean Jerk seasoning blend (I used Blackstone Island Stir Fry seasoning)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 bunch green onions sliced into 2-inch pieces
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your griddle to medium. Add cooking oil, onion, red pepper, kosher salt, pepper, and Caribbean or Island seasoning. Cook 4 minutes, mixing a few times.
- Add pineapple and cook 2 more minutes, mixing with spatulas.
- Add shrimp, cilantro, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, and more Caribbean or Island seasoning. Cook 3 to 4 more minutes, mixing with your spatulas.
