When you get back from vacation, you want to eat some fresh dinners, right?! If you’re wanting a healthy griddle meal without that healthy feel, I suggest this Blackstone Balsamic Chicken Stir Fry recipe.

We just got back from a cruise, and I ate and drank more than my fair share 😉

So, this chicken, green beans, and tomato stir fry with Italian vibes was the freshness I needed in my life.

How to make Blackstone Balsamic Chicken Stir Fry

First cut 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breasts) into bite size pieces.

Put them in a bowl with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, toss until combined, and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Then put the rest of your ingredients on a tray to easily carry outside.

I have grape tomatoes, a pound of trimmed green beans, garlic, shaved parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, and Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning (or use any Italian seasoning you like).

prepped ingredients on a tray

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.

Then add some cooking oil of choice and the green beans.

Season them with kosher salt and pepper, squirt a little water, and cover them with a melting dome.

Let them cook 4 minutes but remove the dome to mix them a few times and add more water before covering again.

adding green beans to the griddle

Set the melting dome aside.

Add a little more cooking oil along with the tomatoes and chicken.

Season with kosher salt, pepper, and a good amount of the Tuscan Herb or Italian seasoning.
