Blackstone Pizza Oven Taco Loaded Tots
Blackstone outdoor pizza ovens aren’t just for pizzas, silly rabbit 😉 Let me show you how I made Blackstone Pizza Oven Taco Loaded Tots!
I had the portable Leggero Pro Pizza Oven and loved it SO much I upgraded to the BIG Blacksone Pizza Oven.
If you get the Blackstone Deep Dish Pizza Kit, it opens up many possibilities like dips, casseroles, and loaded tots.
How to Make Blackstone Pizza Oven Taco Loaded Tots
Topping ideas for loaded tots are endless.
For this taco version, I am using a pound of ground beef and the Blackstone Street Taco seasoning.
And ya gotta have cheese when you are loading anything… it’s a law, I’m sure of it 🙂

First preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium.
Add the ground beef and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, breaking it apart with spatulas.
Then add a little kosher salt and pepper, and plenty of taco seasoning.

Cook and mix for another 2 to 3 minutes and remove the taco meat.

Then put a 28-ounce bag of frozen tater tots that have been thawed in your deep dish pizza pan.
And season with more taco seasoning.

Place the dish into the Blackstone pizza oven that has been preheated to 500 degrees.
And let it cook, rotating, for 5 minutes.

Remove it, add shredded cheese, the taco meat, and more cheese.

And pop it back into the pizza oven just for another minute or two.

Add allllll the fun toppings to Blackstone Pizza Oven Taco Loaded Tots!
We went with shredded lettuce, cilantro, hot sauce, jalapenos, and sour cream.
I reeeeeeeally wish I would have remembered the pickled red onions, but oh well…. next time for sure!

This was our fun Friday dinner, but it would make an excellent game day snack or appetizer too!
