Traeger Peach Bourbon Crumble
Traeger Peach Bourbon Crumble is another fabulous dessert recipe for the pellet grill!
It’s got fruit, so it’s healthy… right?! 😉
Seriously thought this Traeger dessert recipe is perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
How to make Traeger Peach Bourbon Crumble
First slice up 7 to 8 peaches and put them in a bowl.
I left the skin on the peaches.
Peaches that are just barely ripe work best, or use some frozen peaches if they aren’t in season.
Add some sugar, bourbon, cinnamon, maple syrup, flour, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt.
Then toss until evenly mixed.
And put them in a greased 9×13 casserole dish.
For easy clean up, might I suggest using a foil pan for this dish.
Next make the crumble topping in another bowl.
Just add some melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, chopped pecans, flour, and another pinch of salt.
And stir until combined.
Then put the crumble topping evenly over the peaches.
Set the Traeger pellet grill to 375 degrees and place this right on the grill grate for 40 to 50 minutes.
Traeger Peach Bourbon Crumble is the perfect sweet treat with just a subtle kiss of smoky flavor 🙂
Let it cool slightly before serving.
I served mine with ice cream and just another splash of bourbon over top!
